"Lizzie" looks like a boxer/pit/terrier mix. She is super people-focused, affectionate, attentive, and smart. Great with kids (loyal, playful, and gentle). Found on the street on a cold January day, nearly skin and bones. Our kids were able to approach her and make friends even without any food to tempt her with.
From what we can determine, she'd been on the streets for at least a month at that point. We don't know what she went through; while she is usually friendly with other dogs one-on-one, she get get stressed around some, especially groups. So, she'd be best either as the only dog in the family or with someone who's experienced in rescues. Happiest with a yard to play in or regular walk, but not destructive even without a yard. Loves to play.
