SKIP's Story...
Our darling duo--Skip and Frances are rescued littermates from Brooklyn. Super-playful and fun, this boy is all-boy! Though he's currently a gawky little fella, from the size of his paws we think he's going to be a guy when full-grown. As Skip is very young and playful we think it'd be best for him to be adopted as a pair, or to join a resident pet.

All Bronx Tails must be indoors-only. Interested adopters must fill out an application and allow a home visit. Bronx Tails will take care of this kitten's vaccinations, FIV/FeLv blood test and neutering operation. We allow all approved adopters to take up to two weeks to see if a cat is the right match for them.

Send us a response and we'll see if we can arrange a meet-and-greet or let you know about our next adoption events.

Thank you for your interest in our rescue kitty!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SKIP, a Bronx Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bronx, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Bronx.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bronx already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bronx breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bronx paves the way for another one to be saved.
