VERY ACTIVE AND FUN: 1.5 years old / 25 lbs. Meet me Saturdays at 1 of our 2 Kennesaw locations from 11-4pm. Check for my location at www.mostlymutts.org after 5pm on Fridays. I’m a happy and playful dog that wants a lot of attention, love and some training. I’m busy, alert and love having fun! I also absolutely love playing with other dogs, so another very playful dog in my new home would be wonderful and would help me with my activity needs. I however don’t read signs from dogs when it’s time to stop playing, so dogs that don’t want to play a lot wouldn’t appreciate me! I’m a little play nippy for attention but very trainable and responsive to correction, so be sure you are prepared to work with me on training as well as providing me with lots of exercise. I keep my kennel clean at the Mostly Mutts shelter, so hopefully that will translate to potty trained in my new home. I’d do best having a fenced in yard that I could run around in some, either with my family playing fetch or with a doggie friend! Since I need lots of exercise, nice long walks and a family that loves being outdoors perhaps jogging, hiking or camping would be a great fit for me! Leash training is new to me, so I have a way to go before I have that down. Also, keep a good hold of my leash, as I do attempt to chase cars. When crated, please provide toys and bones for me to entertain myself while you’re away. I’m not sure if an apartment or condo would be a good fit for me as I do make a little noise when left. Older dog savvy kids please as I’m active and play nip a little right now. Energy level: 8–10. I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, spayed and my adoption fee is $275.00.
