PETER's Story...
So cute! Peter is such an adorable little guy. He is estimated at 2 years old. Peter is a typical chihuahua! He loves his humans, but does take some time to warm up. He also gets along with other dogs, but once again, takes some time to warm up. He is untrusting of people and other dogs he does not know, so his new owner will need to be patient at first. His foster said that it took him about 4 hours to warm up to her and roommate, as well as thier current dogs. He would do best in an all adult home! He is completely house trained and well mannered . He's the perfect little snuggle bug as he loves to cuddle! He gets along great with cats as well! Peter's ideal home would be someone looking for a snuggly little lap dog, but at the same time, someone who loves outdoor adventures! You should have seen him out kayaking! He had a blast, and loved the water! If you would like to meet Peter, please email AdoptMeTodayAN@aol.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PETER, a Las Vegas Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
