Fargo's Story...
Fargo is a 4-month-old (approx DOB 6/18/16), neutered male Italian Greyhound mix. This 16-pound pup is fun loving bouncy boy who enjoy tug toys, bones & wrestling with doggy buddies. Fargo is doing well with housetraining but still needs a cookie or two to bribe him to go into his crate. He's also starting to learn sit and some other basic commands.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fargo, a Kimberton Italian Greyhound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound for sale in Kimberton, or seeking a Italian Greyhound puppy from a breeder in Kimberton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kimberton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kimberton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound breeders who help with Italian Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kimberton paves the way for another one to be saved.
