She loves to curl up beside you on the couch and snore her way right into dreamland.
Mavi is good at: meeting people, meeting dogs, staying in a crate, behaving in the house, going for car rides, making me feel safe, walking on a leash, cuddling, playing, following commands

Health issues: Seasonal allergies

Mavi is Turkish for blue and you could gaze into her eyes forever. This poor girl was found sleeping on train tracks and was very grateful to be cleaned up and back with people. Mavi enjoys going for walks both around the neighborhood and in the park. On her walks she loves keeping an eye out for squirrels and saying hello to the neighbors.  She’s become Mayor Mavi! She’s got a smile and a hello for everyone!  Once back at home she spends some quality time with her foster sister and stuffed monkey.  Don’t tell Mavi Mr. Monkey is stuffed! They are pretty tight! When she’s feeling a bit sassy Mavi would love to play tug-o-war.

This girl has beauty and brains!  She is extremely smart and loves activity toys where she has to work to get the treats. She will continue to play with these toys for hours even after she’s gotten all of the goodies!

Did we tell you yet that Mavi does well with other dogs too?  Yes, she’s the complete package!
She is absolutely nothing but a giant love bug giving out kisses every chance she gets! Mavi would make a great addition to any family – is this family yours?
