My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, Major here! Nice to meet you.
I am just over 6 years of age. Weigh approx. 80lbs. I am health, neutered and up to date on my vacations. I know how to sit so I have some manners. I like taking walks and being with my people. I am a cuddler! YES an 80lb cuddler! Hey, winter is coming and what better way to stay warm!
I get along well with other dogs. I do well with children also. Toddlers and up. Of course that is if they are polite and kn ow how to be kind and gentle. To treat a dog as it should be treated. I am big but I am not a horse. Just so we are clear on that.
The people that brought me here said I do not get along with cats. I am still going to meet Ned, the rescue cat, just to be sure. I will confirm later.
Not sure what more I can say. Hounds make GREAT house pets and we do love to be with our families. I am a mature adult and would like nothing more then to have a true family were I can live the rest of my life as your faithful, devoted companion. I am very handsome too! Hope to hear from you very soon!
