Lacey is a sweet, beautiful girl who is full of spunk! Lacey loves to play with her foster fur friends. She needs work on introductions, as she is very in your face with new dogs and that isn't always appreciated! Once she has passed the introductions she loves to play, play, play! She can be pushy and rough so medium to large dogs are probably best for her to play with.

Lacey is house and kennel trained. She goes in her kennel well, but will bark and fuss for a few minutes then settles down. She can be left loose for short periods after she has had some exercise but can entertain herself with chewing if left longer or without enough exercise.

Lacey's exercise needs to be monitored. With all of her injuries her one leg still bothers her if she over does it. Lacey loves to give kisses and cuddle. She has beautiful eyes that you can't help but fall in love with.

Leash walking is a work in progress. Everything outside is so exciting! Dogs need to be barked at and whining is a necessity most of the way!

Lacey is a special girl who will need a special family to help her grow into a wonderful adult dog.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are reliant on a network of dedicated volunteer foster homes to care for our dogs and do not have a shelter facility. We hold monthly adoption events at pet stores and other local events. Please see our facebook page at for upcoming adoption events.

Our Adoption Process...

If you are interested in meeting or adopting one of our dogs you must complete an adoption application at

Once your application is submitted, you will receive confirmation that it was received and be notified via email in approx 48-72 hours where in line you are (please check you junk email box!). If you have not received an email after 72 hours, please contact us via email, social media or telephone (please select one).

Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis.

Once your application comes up, it will be forwarded to the foster home for review, a home visit will be arranged and references contacted if necessary. If you rent your home, we will require written (email) confirmation from your landlord that you are allowed to have the pet. The final step is signing the adoption contract!

Our adoption fees are $250 for adults dogs and $250 plus a refundable $100 spay/neuter deposit for puppies under 6 months. Proof of spay/neuter must be provided for the return of the spay/neuter deposit.

All of our dogs receive a health check, necessary treatments recommended by our vet, age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, microchip and 6 weeks of pet insurance. You will also receive an adoption package with valuable information and coupons from local businesses to help get you started with your new pet!
