My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet, Active, Young Chloe Needs a New Home to Call Her Own

4 ½-year old, long-coat, female German Shepherd
Good with other dogs: Large dogs only
Good with cats: No
Good with children: older children preferred

Chloe is a beautiful, young girl that was surrendered due to the owner’s health problems. She’s a very
active dog that needs a family with an experienced German Shepherd handler to help her feel more
comfortable around other dogs. She’s a very sweet girl that loves her person and wants to be his/her
protector. She is spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations and is in very good health.

This gorgeous girl just lights up when she gets to go for a car ride. She’s even been in the pool with a life
jacket a few times, but doesn’t seem to be that interested in swimming. She does like walks, but doesn’t
like to share her space with other dogs and could use some help with her leash manners.

Chloe already knows quite a few commands, including hand signals. She’s not much for playing with toys
right now, but likely could learn with some help. Her owner reports she likes to sleep on her dog bed
next to her human at night and is house broken and sleeps all night.

She likes to chase small dogs and cats so she would do best as an only dog or with other large dogs after
a proper introduction.

If you’re looking for a sweet, active companion, Chloe is your girl!
