Thumperness's Story...
Thumperness is a friendly rabbit who was found roaming the streets of Brooklyn. Thanks to a kind person who took her in temporarily, she was lucky to escape harm. At only 4 lbs, this petite rabbit would've stood no chance outside against predators. .

Thumperness is in good health and approximately 1.5 years old. She enjoys being held, petted, and having her silky coat brushed. She is very playful and adventurous, and has mastered the art of running through tunnels at top speed. She is very outgoing and enjoys the company of cats and even respectful dogs. She would love to find a home with another rabbit or a cat friend to keep her entertained when her human is not around.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Thumperness, a Brooklyn American was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a American from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American breeders who help with American rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
