He came from a kill shelter in Houston and was on the euthanasia list when we pulled him. He was SO matted and had to be shaved down. He had pneumonia that took a while to get over, was neutered and then had to wait 2 weeks to start heartworm treatment- which he is almost done with! Since he didn't feel well for a while he was monitored at our vets office for 2 months, which was expensive but necessary. He is now in a foster home and ready for his forever home!!
