Notes from Franklin's Texas foster:
'Franklin is very lovable and he greets you when you come home. He smiles showing his front teeth and it is so cute. He loves to follow you around. Franklin appears to like cats but can be a little snappy when he wants you to himself. He likes dogs too. He already knows basic commands. Franklin is going to be a 3 leg dog because of nerve damage-front left leg but that does not stop him from jumping and running. He has such a happy go lucky personality. He loves to give kisses. He is about an 8 months old fox or rat terrier.'
We have been told Franklin is around 15 pounds and is house/crate trained.
