Nelly is an extremely affectionate, 13-year-old, 13-pound, purebred female Shih Tzu looking for a loving guardian.

Nelly absolutely loves people and bonds incredibly tightly to those she loves. She loves to be picked up and held.

She loves walks, hanging out in the yard, car rides and is perfectly housebroken!

While she doesn’t really interact with other dogs, she is fine with them.

Nelly is a healthy senior, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, fecal and heartworm-tested and on monthly preventative. Nelly has very cloudy eyes, but a visit to the eye specialist revealed that she’s not blind and doesn’t have cataracts. She does take eye drops every day.
