Maggie is a sweet 6 month old pit mix who's favorite thing to do is go on long walks and give kisses! Maggie isn't like most typical pups, she is very calm and well mannered, but still displays her puppy antics from time to time. Maggie has perfected "sit" but still needs some practice with "stay" and "down". She is crate trained and doesn't mind being in her crate at all, she sleeps through the night and doesn't make a peep while in her crate, unless she needs to go potty. Maggie will go potty outside when prompted, but we are still working on her alerting us to when she needs to go outside. As long as she is taken outside after sleeping, eating, and playing she doesn't have accidents; however, she still needs training before being fully trusted in the house out of the crate with out supervision. Maggie adores her foster brother and does well with respecting boundaries of other dogs. Maggie would do best in a home that has time to take her on her "adventures" (long walks) every day, as well as a home where she is welcomed to nap on the couch. Maggie is the ideal pup and would be the perfect addition to an active family.
