Merlin is new to rescue but what we know so far is he is a very friendly dog. He was dumped on some people in the country who then asked for rescue help so we have no history. Looks to be a Husky/Heeler mix, 55# but will fill out some and is just 18 to 24 months old. He is a long legged boy and with the breed mix he will be very active and need an active family to keep up with him. Fenced yard preferred. He is young and hasn't been taught much but is eager to please and will learn quickly. I say no small kids only due to his size and exuberance level as he may inadvertently knock little ones over. Seems to be very dog friendly and not too interested in the cats in his foster home. Now fully vetted, neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested and micro-chipped. E-mail is ALWAYS the first step for more information or an application.
