Name : Themis

DOB : 5/13/2016

Long white coat, will be a large dog more than 70 pounds.

Themis was born blind, so she does not know differently and is a happy puppy! She was also recently diagnosed with a neurlogical condition that causes her to occasionally lose her balance and fall over to the side. She would benefit from someone that is home during the day, and being crated if left alone.

She is a gorgeous, happy puppy that enjoys family life. She is not bothered by her genetic conditions. While blind, and occasionally loses her balance...both of those things should stay stable and not worsen beyond her current abilities. Her foster mom says: This little fuzzy face is the most adorable ball of energy that I have ever met. She doesnt let her blindness slow her down at all. She literally bounces around the house (see video). For such a little thing she has a huge personality and it will be fun to watch her grow up.

Blind Dog Rescue Alliance's Board of Directors has voted against the use of electric fencing effective immediately.
