"My name is Carter and I am a huge goofball! I love to play with puppies, I like to play in the water hose and baby pool too! I am about a year old, heartworm negative, neutered and up to date on shots. Another thing that you may not notice about me from my adorable pictures, is that I am not likely to get adopted anytime soon . Statistically, since I am solid black, and fall under the term "Pitbull", people will be less likely to see my other wonderful traits and I will wait for a home much longer than most dogs. It's a shame really because I will make a great addition to any family! I am sweet, gentle, and funny. And I am patiently waiting for a forever home, or a foster who can give me some one on one time."
Carter can have some dominance issues with male dogs but is selective and does not have the issue with all males.
