Hi Guys, Bobby here.  I hope you are all doing well and not upset or angry.  I’m really not a fan of people who act that way. The home where I came from had lots of fighting and scary yelling so that has made me a little shy.  It’s noisy sometimes at Furkids too but at least here I know it’s just us dogs trying to get attention and nobody is hurting each other. For me, a perfect home would be one without really loud noises or small children. They kind of startle me since I myself am so quiet and calm. Another dog would probably be fine as long as they are on my wave length. I do enjoy playing and taking walks, all the regular mutt stuff, but I’m mostly into the whole serenity vibe. I figure there have to be people out there who feel the same way I do and would enjoy the company of a fella who would be more than content to lay at their feet in front of a cozy fire.  I’m really a pretty basic guy. All I need is food, exercise and your love. If you can satisfy my wish list, please schedule a time to come and meet me soon.

Notes from the shelter: Bobby is good with children, likes playing with his toys, walks well on a leash and knows his name when called.  He loves people and being petted is his sweet spot.  He would do great in a home with lots of people giving him attention.

Bobby weighs 53 lbs. and his estimated birthdate is 5/9/2015.  His adoption fee is $275 [senior citizens (age 62 and older) and military personnel receive a 15% discount on adoption fees].   If you want to know more about Bobbu and to speak to an Adoption Counselor, please complete an application at   Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.

About Furkids Animal Rescue and Shelters

About Our Rescue Group...

Furkids/SmallDog Rescue and Humane Society, Inc. is a 501c)(3), tax-exempt organization dedicated to find loving families for homeless dogs in the Atlanta area. Every year, over 90,000 animals are killed in Georgia shelters. Our volunteers rescue many dogs from local shelters and foster them in their own homes until a suitable forever home is found. We do not shy away from taking sick or difficult dogs into our program. Thanks to donations, we are able to provide excellent medical care for all of our little orphans. Our volunteers work tirelessly on training, socializing, and giving the dogs all of the loving care that they so much deserve. Thanks to our friends and supporters, we have been able to save many lives in each of years. It is caring individuals like you who can make a difference in the lives of our wonderful orphan animals.
