Coco is a very sweet, social and confident Maltese terrier mix. She was surrendered to the north central animal shelter at a wonderful age of 7 years old. She is house trained, crate trained, and so lovable. She loves to cuddle with her people and follow you around. She is great with other dogs big and small, and we expect her to be good with kids.
Available for adoption starting 9/30/16- But currently looking for a foster, or foster to adopt situation.
Coco has something called cherry eye. She has it in both eyes and needs surgery to fix it. So we cannot finalize an adoption until her surgery on 9/30/16, but she is available for fostering to adopt, or just fostering.

To adopt one of our dogs, please fill out an adoption application on our website www.designerdogrescue.com. After filling out the adoption application, we will schedule a home check and meet and greet with you and your family. At the home check, you will have the option to adopt your new furry friend.
All dogs come microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed and spayed/neutered vet checked prior to adoption. We vaccinate our dogs appropriately for their age and time spent in the rescue. You may need to provide your adopted dog with additional booster shots depending on the age of the animal. All adopter receive a copy of the adoption contract and all medical information.
We do not have a kennel. All dogs are in foster homes. If you would like to meet a dog, please fill out the adoption application.
Adoption fees range from $150 (for a senior) to $350 (for a puppy)
