Though he is of Great Pyrenees breeding, Buddha is not a guard dog or for the livestock life. Buddha just wants to be your best loyal companion and family dog! He is an alpha male, but does love female dogs, so he would do best either as the sole dog in a home, or as an addition to a home with a female dog in it. You will also notice that Buddha has a deformity in his legs, but make no mistake, this doesn't get him down! He adapted well to his differences and still walks, runs, and plays perfectly fine and requires no special care. Buddha is also a considerate guy who has great manners, and is a very sweet and loving guy who can't wait to have a family of his very own.
Buddha is available for open adoption, so you do not need to be a veteran in order to adopt him. If you are interested in meeting Buddha, please contact Painted Paws for Veterans.
