Jill's Story...
Jill
10 months – 1 year old
Jill and her buddy Jack came to our shelter as strays and no one came to claim them. Since then Jack has been adopted and Jill is ready and waiting for her forever family. This sweet and silly puppy can come across as a little shy at first but don’t let that fool you! Once Jill has come out of her shell she is all puppy and just wants to play! She would be the perfect fit for an active family that can wear her out and start working with her on basic manners. If you’re looking for a fun loving puppy to add to the family then look no further than Jill!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jill, a Fruit Heights Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Fruit Heights, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Fruit Heights.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fruit Heights already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fruit Heights breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fruit Heights paves the way for another one to be saved.
