Duffy came to NTCR as an owner surrender simply because he was just not wanted anymore. An extremely striking tri-colored tabby who is mostly white with splashes of tabby patterns, brilliant green alluring eyes and a truly charming heart of gold. Duffy is adjusting to life in the shelter and making progress every day in learning to accept the place that is now his home. Respectfully he chose to spend the first couple of weeks atop a shelf where he could be left alone and try to adjust the major life change he had just experienced. He is now more confident and happily takes his meals from a platter and is often found stretched out comfortably amongst his roommates on the room's lounge cot. An extremely playful, silly, good natured, delightful fella who loves being petted but often finds some way to turn petting time into play time. If you want to be the one to give Duffy a true “furever” home and welcome him into your family, please fill out an adoption application and contact us.
