I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Saved by the Heart has covered all of this sweet girl's medical expenses & she is ready to go! See what her foster mom has to say about her: "Taffie came to us in lieu of ice cream one day. We went to McDonalds to get an ice cream for our little one, and instead found a 5-week old kitten by the drive-through line. Her approximate DoB is around 05/20/2016. Taffie was covered in truck exhaust fumes, skinny as a rail, and utterly alone. She has since then grown to be a social and energetic girl who likes to be where her people are. She likes people and is good with dogs and cats. She prefers to be allowed to sleep with people and likes to get under blankets. She loves climbing and playing, and being in high-up places like on cat shelves. She also has a very loud purr. She is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on her shots."
Saved by the Heart was created by Jessica & Nathan Monroe on August 4, 2011. After 10 years of animal rescue work, we wanted to extend our efforts passed the animals that we care for in our home. We hope that by sharing our knowledge and rescue experiences with others that it will empower you to contribute some of your energy toward animal welfare causes.
Come Meet Our Pets...
Public events are hosted regularly to bring animal lovers together and share our burdens as well as our success. We serve Greer, Greenville and surrounding areas. Visit our facebook page for upcoming adoption events and pet-friendly outings.
Our Adoption Process...
If you are interested in one of our pets, please contact us and we will email you an adoption contract. We make sure families and pets are matched appropriately which may require interview and home visit. Adoption fees are based on the animal but we try to keep things very reasonable.
Thank You! Your message has been sent to Saved by the Heart.
You'll receive a copy, too, at
to help you keep track of which pets you've inquired about, and which shelters and rescues you've emailed.
NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter!
Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures,
on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
