Riley's Story...
Hi! My name is Riley and I'm a 2 yr old female yellow Lab/Shepherd mix. I love, love, love everyone & have the sweetest disposition! I love to give kisses & do well with all people, kids, & other dogs. I am housetrained, crate trained, walk well on a leash & am a good car rider. My foster mom says I am one of the best dogs she has fostered, & she's fostered a LOT! I would do well in a household with or without other dogs & would do well with children 7 & up. I would like to have a fenced yard to play in but love to go on walks too. If you would like more info or an application, please contact foster4mycharlotte@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Riley, a Charlotte Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
