Sadie's Story...
Sadie is a super sweet little Rottie mix who was found as a stray in Philly. She is very friendly, easy to leash, and did fabulous with all handling (body, muzzle, ears, paws). Sadie is a lover through and through and loves to share her kisses. Sadie never met a stranger ;), even our vet! Sadie is a physically broken little girl who does not let that stand in her way of living and loving life! Born with a defective right eye, a socketless hip, and slightly deformed elbows, this girl lets nothing hold her back. She is especially adorable when she gets the zoomies! Xrays support that she is not in any pain and surgery is not appropriate for her. Sadie loves to please and prides herself in being a good girl! Are you the family lucky enough to receive her affection? Cats unknown. Contact for an application is Beth at kaya1227@comcast.net

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sadie, a Frederick Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Frederick, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Frederick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Frederick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Frederick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Frederick paves the way for another one to be saved.
