Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Daisy is a very sweet and lively girl who weighs 25 pounds and is about 2 years old. She is a terrier mix. Daisy loves to run and play, is working on sitting and stay. She loves to play ball, frisbee, and soccer ball, and then get some petting and cuddling. Daisy gets along well with small and medium dogs but is afraid of really big dogs. She walks well on leash and loves to learn so would benefit from obedience classes and maybe some dog sports classes like agility or nosework. Because she is a young and has lots of energy, Daisy would do well in an active adult only family or an active family with children eight and up.
(An adoption donation of $300 is required.) If you are interested in adopting this dog, please email CHEW Dog Rescue at pawsontherun@gmail.com and ask for the adoption application form. If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
