Wolfy's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

These cute puppies were rescued from a high kill shelter after there mom gave birth unexpectantly there. They were seperated from there mom as she was rescued by another shelter who works with adult dogs only. These beautiful pups have been bottle fed and hand rasied by some wonderful foster homes! We know they will find great furever homes.

Foster update 8/3: Wolfy is very fiesty and loves too eat and play

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wolfy, a Sanford Boxer/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Sanford, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Sanford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sanford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sanford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sanford paves the way for another one to be saved.
