~Duchess~

~Rottweiler/GSD mix
~8 year old
~Spayed Female
~UTD on shots
~Great with kids and dogs; uncertain about cats
~House trained
~Leash trained
~Loves rides in the car and trips to the park
~Very good manners and minds commands
~MUST be ReHomed with her brother, Tinker
~ReHoming Adoption Fee - $100.00 for the pair

Reason for ReHome: The previous owner had lost her job and her rent home and had to move back in with her son and daughter-in-law. The dogs cannot go. They are currently in a Foster home. These two dogs pine for one another if they are even out of sight of the other so they must stay together. Very low maintanance - just lots of brushing.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Duchess, a Rowlett Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Rowlett, or seeking a Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Rowlett.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rowlett already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rowlett breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rowlett paves the way for another one to be saved.
