We rescued Hardee just in time! He was such a sad sight with his fur so matted on his bottom. Hardee has had dental work done since his teeth were so bad, and has been groomed. He is very shy and timid; he will need someone who will work with him to make him feel safe. Right now, he is in a foster home with many other dogs to get some good socialization. He is a real sweet boy once he warms up to you. Loves to play and zoom around in the yard. He's also been around small children and doesn't bother them.
