Hi, I’m Kindle. I have had a big challenge since my owner passed away at the end of July. I am trying to get back on my feet after being transitioned from home to home through no fault of my own. I am very loving but do not like to be held unless I know you very well. I love when you scratch my neck and give me all the loves. I have some favorite toys that are precious to me. I want my forever home but need to tell you that I have special needs. I have food allergies so need that someone special who can provide the proper food for me and give me loving even though I have these problems. If I don’t get my proper food my ears hurt so bad that I won’t let you near them or may not want you near me. My ideal home is one with no adult pets, cats or dogs. I enjoy the small kittens my foster mom has. I really need to be the dominant kitty. An older person would be nice because that is what I am used to. I love to look outside or be outside so windows or a screened porch is heaven. I am an indoor kitty! Please don’t pass me up. I will give you all the love you need! I am really good with my litter box, never miss! I am with a foster mother right now who is my passed-away mom’s niece, so please contact the Morgan County Humane Society and they will notify my foster mom! She knows me so she can tell you my needs so you feel comfortable adopting me! Thank you! DOB 10/28/2012.

About Our Shelter...
The Morgan Co. Humane Society is the only animal shelter located within our county. We provide a safe and loving environment for all homeless pets that enter our facility. We promote spay and neutering with public awareness and spay and neuter assistance and referals for those who need it. We also provide Animal Control and Rescue for Morgan Co. We are funded with donations from the public; a limited amount of income comes from our county. We could not do what we do without the help of many volunteers and generous donations to our shelter.
Come Meet Our Pets...
Pets are available for adoption at our shelter located at 690 W Mitchell St Martinsville, IN on M,T,TH & F 12-5pm and Sat 11-4pm Sunday and Wednesday we are closed.
