Chibow's Story...
Chibow is a 10 pound, 10 year old Chihuahua. He has a great little personality! Check him out talking on his video. Chibow walks well on a leash and is a great traveler! He would love to run errands with his human. He is great in a carrier and likes being right by your side. He enjoys being pet and snuggling up next to you. He loves sleeping very close to you when on the couch and sluggling up with a blanket. Sometime when you stop petting him, he does this cute thing where he will lift up your hand with his head so he can receive more love! He gets along well with other dogs, children and is a sweetheart. In addition to all of his great qualities, he is house trained!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chibow, a New York Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in New York, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in New York.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New York already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New York breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New York paves the way for another one to be saved.
