She is about 2.5 years old, spayed, front declawed. She is a gorgeous tortoiseshell with golden yellow eyes. She is a larger gal too, just a big kitty, not fat around 11-12 lbs. She has a sweet soft meow and is very talkative.
Kia seems to enjoy her solitude. She enjoys being alone from the other animals and keeps to herself. She is easily annoyed and expresses her feelings when she is unhappy. She is easy to read when she gets aggravated, swishing her tail about and looking at you with a very stern eye gaze wondering what your next move will be. She will need an experienced adopter, someone whom has owned cats in the past. She may do well with other cats provided she has her own space and they do as she does which is ignore the other. She certainly most likely would not be a play mate for another cat.
Dogs would be similar, one that left her alone would be fine, but a younger, curious dog would not be a good fit for her.
Best scenario would be for her to be an only pet and no small children. But as time passes for her in foster care, she may improve on her social skills. This is the first time for her to have lived with other cats as her previous home she was the only cat.
She loves to be pet, but when she is done with the petting, she tells you. She has very soft fur and is just stunning in person.
Are you looking for a kitty with personality? Look no further, Kia has plenty.
