Nina-5 MONTHS's Story...
Hi, I'm NINA. Outgoing and fun, I am both playful and snuggly. I purr the moment you touch me, and like to be held. My favorite toy is one of those stick toys with feathers, I'm fine with a dog who ignores me, and I don't mind a gentle, well-behaved kid 8+. I would LOVE to have a young, playful kitty friend in my fur-ever home (like my sister SIMONE)!

** NINA is estimated to be 5 months. Her adoption fee is $125. Come see her at the Naperville PETCO (348 S. Rt. 59, near Arby's)! WALK-IN ADOPTION HOURS at that location are 1-4:00 on SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS -- NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.

** For more information or to schedule a weekday appointment, please email dina.purrsnaperville@aol.com. (Our phones are currently under maintenance, and will be available again shortly.)

** All PURRS' cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, FIV/FeLeuk tested, wormed, and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nina-5 MONTHS, a Naperville Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Naperville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Naperville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naperville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naperville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naperville paves the way for another one to be saved.
