My name is Otis, and I am so, so excited that I have a second chance at happiness. LAAR found me at the shelter where I was about to be euthanized, and they saved me. In my past life, I was severely mistreated and abused, so I’m a bit timid. But as shy as I am, I love people and want to be snuggled and kissed and loved all day. Now that I’ve physically recovered from all of the mistreatment, I am finding my playful side. I like to play with other dogs and to run around the backyard (my foster parents call it the Zoomies, and say it is the cutest, most joyful thing they’ve ever seen). I met a cat once and was terrified; I’d like to never meet another cat again. Some of my favorite things include walks in the park, rides in the car, and burrowing under blankets next to my people. While I am grateful to my foster parents for their kindness, I really, really want a forever home of my own. I would be so happy to find someone who loves me for my quirky, charming personality; who is kind and patient and wants more than anything to share their happiness and optimism with me. I am approx 8 years old under 10 pounds and a perfect little companion!
I am neutered, up to date on all my shots including rabies, heart worm tested (neg), micro chipped, de wormed for intestinal parasites, currently on a heart worm and flea preventative. My adoption donation is $150.00. If you would like to learn more about me go online and email firstname.lastname@example.org or www.lostangelsanimalrescue.org and submit an application on line.
