Brutus's Story...
Sweet little Brutus....my shadow. He looks like a little old man but he is really only Three years old. His little while snout makes him look older. He is tiny at only 15lbs. He has the cutest little tail that curls up on his back. He dances for his treats and is a true lap dog. He snuggles close in the bed at night and doesn't move. He gets along great with my too big dogs and my little corgi. He could care less about my cat. He is the perfect dog. He is not a barker and would be great off lead. He knows his name and will come running. He was owner surrender at the shelter along with his companion. His companion was immediately adopted and he was left him alone.

He is completely vetted and microchipped. Just looking for his new furever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brutus, a Apex Schipperke/Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schipperke/Pomeranian for sale in Apex, or seeking a Schipperke/Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Apex.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Apex already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Apex breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schipperke/Pomeranian breeders who help with Schipperke/Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Apex paves the way for another one to be saved.
