Willy and another dog were found in a rural subdivision and appeared to have been abandoned because they were very thin. The family who owns the property doesn't visit it but a few times a year so they were unable to provide a home for the dogs so they brought them to the SPCA. They are currently in foster care with one of our volunteers. Willy was friendly even when he first arrived but a little unsure of a leash so he may not have had any former training. He is a very sweet dog and followed his rescuers everywhere. Willy seems to be a fairly calm dog and would be a great family companion. If you have room in your heart and home for a larger dog, please come meet this sweet boy. We estimated his date of birth as 08/14/2014 His adoption fee is $100.00.
The adoption fee includes the spay/netuer surgery, rabies vaccination, and vaccinations will be current on the date of adoption. It also includes microchipping and 30 days of free health insurance for qualified pets.
