Dory ADOPTION PENDING's Story...
Dory #5239 is an adorable 10-week-old female Doberman mix. She is a typical sweet and playful puppy. Dory is good with other dogs. She is expected to weigh about 70 pounds as an adult. This pup is microchipped. We are working on crate training and socialization. Just like any puppy, this pup will need a loving home with an adopter that has the time to commit to continued puppy training to assist with house, leash and obedience training. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption form, downloadable from our website: http://www.lastchanceanimalrescue.org/adoptus.html and return it per instructions. Email dogs@lastchanceanimalrescue.org with questions. This pup should be available for adoption at our PUPPYPALOOZA event at the Columbia PetSmart on Saturday, Sept. 17, from noon to 4 p.m. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for adoption event locations and updates. — www.facebook.com/LCARMD

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dory ADOPTION PENDING, a Waldorf Doberman Pinscher puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Waldorf, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher puppy from a breeder in Waldorf.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Waldorf already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Waldorf breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Waldorf paves the way for another one to be saved.
