Gorgeous HOPE needs a forever home! *courtesy post-contact Laura via email at lauraross5@me.com for adoption information!

Hope is a sweet female shepherd/lab mix that I rescued in December. When the shelter found her, her tail was degloved and had to be amputated.

She is about 5 years old, weighs approximately 65 pounds, is up to date on her shots, and has been spayed and micro chipped. Hope is housebroken, leash trained, knows basic commands and has successfully graduated from basic obedience class at Wags & Wiggles.

Hope is well behaved and friendly when meeting new people. She prefers to be with people but plays well with other dogs her size. Since I’ve had her, she has had limited exposure to children and none to cats. She has a high energy level and loves to play ball, give kisses, go in the car and walk Lake Mission Viejo. Hope loves to snuggle and sleep close to me in bed. However, she is anxious when I’m not home and as a single women living in a condo, I am not able to give her what she needs. Hope would be a great dog for a family that is home often and does well with other large dogs. She doesn’t really like little dogs that bark a lot.

We live in Mission Viejo. Please contact Laura at lauraross5@me.com if you want to meet Hope!

About I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

I.C.A.R.E. is an all breed, no kill dog rescue. We rescue dogs at risk of being euthanized from shelters, abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many owner surrendered dogs; which are dogs that can no longer remain in their current homes due to financial or personal issues. I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs that are euthanized in our shelters each and everyday. We focus on rescuing and rehabilitating them in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes. We also focus on educating the public regarding specific breeds, rescue, and general information regarding the canine species. We are a 100% volunteer run and supported organization that cannot survive without the help of loving fosters, volunteers, and benefactors.
