Facts about Lilly

  • Breed: Chihuahua
  • Color: Tan/Yellow/Fawn - With White
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
  • Sex: Female
Lilly is 5-6 years old. She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. She is a love bug and loves to cuddle! She is not great with other dogs so she would do best as an only dog, but could possibly tolerate a submissive dog. She is very bossy! Lilly also has some regurgitation disease where she randomly spits up her food 2-4 hours after she eats. This doesn’t happen every time she eats and sometimes will go days without an occurrence. She has to be on special food and have special care so that she doesn’t regurgitate and aspirate her food. This can cause pneumonia which she just recovered from, and will have to be monitored for this the rest of her life. She is sweetheart though! Lilly is partially potty trained and goes on pee pads.

About Chihuahua Rescue Midwest

About Our Rescue Group...

Thanks for taking a minute to look at our sweet Chihuahua friends. We look forward to assisting you in the adoption process.
Chihuahua Rescue Midwest is a non profit organization. We are an all volunteer rescue, transport, foster and adoption organization. We believe that irresponsible breeding of animals (especially for profit - puppy mills) is unethical and inhumane. We hope that pet owners will consider adoption as their first choice for selecting a new pet. We believe every pet deserves a chance to have a loving forever home.

FOSTER HOMES ARE ALWAYS NEEDED!! IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN FOSTERING, PLEASE GO TO OUR WEBSITE AND FILL OUT OUR VOLUNTEER APPLICATION.
