Meet sweet Piko. Piko is a 5 year old male lab mix Who was found as a stray wandering alone and scared in Rural Georgia. He was picked up and turned into a kill shelter to be put down for lack of space. It happens every day! A family saw him on shelter site and adopted him but soon had a change of their family situation and could no longer keep him. His only choice was to go back to the kill shelter to be put down. We were not going to let this happen again. Rescue stepped in and snatched this sweet boy up. He is totally vetted and heartworm negative. He is neutered and microchipped as well. Piko is a very loving and loyal family dog who settles in nicely and is looking for a new family to love. He bonds very quickly and is a cuddler. He is good with people and dogs and really doesn't care much about cats. He likes his walks and family time and a comfy bed to lie on. He's a happy boy with a sweet smile. He does not need a crate as he is perfectly house trained. Nico will make a wonderful family pet for a new family. could that be you?
Pico's adoption fee is $ 250 which includes all his vaccines, heartworm test, neuter and micro chip.

We are only able to meet with pre approved adopters by appointment since our organization is operating on foster homes only and we don't have a shelter available to the public.
