Darth Vader's Story...
This handsome man is Darth Vader. He is about 8 yrs old and loves to follow his foster Mom around. When he doesn’t see her he barks looking for her. Darth Vader came into the rescue almost hairless because of lack of care and poor food. We think he has a food allergy so he has been eating Wellness grain free and has done very well on it. He is off all the meds now and doing very well. His hair has grown back very nicely. He is up to date on shots. He loves to go for short walks weather permitting. He gets along with his other pug friends. If you’re looking for a loving friendly little man then please tell his foster Mom why you would be the best family for him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Darth Vader, a Warren Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Warren, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Warren.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Warren already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Warren breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Warren paves the way for another one to be saved.
