Otter loves the other dogs in her foster home, and they have done a great job of socializing her and teaching her manners. She initiates play with them and snuggles up with her favorites. Otter enjoys going on walks with the pack, happily jumping in the car, exploring, wagging her tail all the while. She's good with recall and is submissive with larger dogs.
She loves to jump into bed at night and cuddle under the covers next to her foster mom. She's come a long way with house-training; about 75% there. Ideally, Otter should go to a relatively calm home with one or more dogs who will play with her.
Grateful Dogs Rescue incurs substantial medical and other costs in rescuing our dogs. In order to recoup some of these costs, we must charge an adoption fee. The adoption fee for Otter is $250.
If you are interested in adopting Otter, please complete our online adoption application at http://www.gratefuldogsrescue.org/adoption-process.html. One of our volunteers will get back to you. Adoptions are local, confined to the SF Bay Area.
