The Dude, 3 years, is a handsome guy with a sweet loving personality.  He is very people friendly.  He purrs, gives head bonks, and would love to share your bed.  He is great at amusing himself by chasing his tail.  He will let you know when he has had enough and then goes off to snooze.  The Dude would do best as an only pet. The Dude has had all his vet work complete.  He has his distemper shots, rabies shot, has been wormed, is leukemia negative, neutered and has a HomeAgain chip.  The adoption fee is $100.  Please go to our web site at www.neadycats.org and click on adoptable cats near the top of the home page.  Scroll down to adoption application and return the application to us by fax, email or postal mail.  The Dude is being placed as an inside only cat.

About NEADY Cats

About Our Shelter...

NEADY Cats is a small nonprofit, no kill, all volunteer cat shelter located on the National Training Campus of NEADS in Princeton, MA. The shelter was started in 1987 as an innovative way to make the NEADS dogs in training (guide dogs) be friendly to cats. To date we have placed almost 3,000 cats in loving homes.

Come Meet Our Pets...

All adoptions are by appointment only. We are located on Route 140 in Princeton, MA.

Our Adoption Process...

Adult cats are $150 and have all their veterinary care done - distemper shots, rabies shot, wormed, spay/neutered, and leukemia tested negative. All kittens are $150 and come with a pre-paid spay/neuter certificate. An adoption contract must be signed at the time of the adoption. We require the name of the new owners veterinarian, a note or copy of the lease if the new owner lives in a rental, and all cats are adopted out as inside only pets.
