We estimate Hazel to be around 2-3 years old and about 7 pounds. She is housebroken in her foster home, and gets along great with her canine foster sibling! She's also very protective of her foster mama, and would be just fine as the only dog or with a furry friend. Hazel will be spayed, up to date on shots and microchipped prior to adoption. Her spay appointment is set for later this month now that she is healthy and nourished!
Here is what her amazing foster mom has to say about her:
She is smart, playful and alert. On walks, she's curious but cautious around other dogs of all sizes, but she's not skittish. I think she would do well with other non-aggresive dogs and possibly kids. Over the past few weeks, she's really come out of her shell. She has rarely barked and has been a playful little joy. She loves fetching toys and cuddling.
If you are interested in adopting Hazel, please complete the adoption application below. An adoption fee and home check are required, and therefore we are unable to do out of state adoptions. Thank you for looking to adopt!
