Please contact Janice ( for more information about this pet.

This sweet girl is very people-oriented.   She greets you when she sees you, rubs on your legs, and says hello.  Getting photos of her wasn't so easy as she keeps following you around!
She has a soft and silky coat of black and orange, and enjoys being petted and brushed.  She is a total dog-like personality - liking attention and to be with people.
Someone declawed this poor girl (we don't know her exact history as someone dumped her at PetSmart) but if you're looking for a declawed sweetie this might be the perfect match for you!  But even if you weren’t planning on a declawed cat there's no reason to reject her because of that.
She'd love to be the solo princess in a home, but she also seems OK about other cats and dogs - yet she's not going to take any guff from any of them either, and hisses if they seem to get in her space; but she doesn't do anything else.  Oh and she even was fine taking a bath.

How To Adopt Me! is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat

About 13th St. Nac Cat Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

13th Street Cats is an all volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of feral and social cats and reducing the population by TNR – Trap, Neuter, Return in Santa Clara County. Kittens and cats that can be socialized are taken into foster care while waiting adoption. With a no kill philosophy, 13th St Cats is pleased to be able to rescue these homeless animals who might otherwise end up in a local kill shelter, helping to reduce euthanasia rates.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We hold adoption fairs at Petsmart Campbell (CA) almost every Saturday, noon to 4pm; as well as at Petsmart Coleman (San Jose, CA) on one weekend a month.
