King's Story...
Check this guy out! King is a handsome 11 month old Manchester Terrier mix ready for a new leash on life! He is about 25lbs now, and shouldn't get much bigger. He has a big personality though, and is tons of fun! He would make a fabulous family dog as he loves kids, and will do whatever they are doing! He enjoys going down the slide with you, and even jumping on the trampoline! King LOVES to play in the doggy pool too! He is very playful with other dogs, and gets along great with smaller and bigger dogs. King knows his basic commands and is doing very well on his housetraining, and may just need a few reminders in his new home with a new routine. He will need a home without cats. He has been neutered, is current on his vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Come and meet him today at our Waggin' Tails Adoption Center in Benbrook. We are open daily from 12-6pm.

**Help us celebrate our 111th Anniversary with $20 Adoption Special on Cats and Dogs!! 9-23-18 through 9-25-16 during normal open hours**

Why Adoption is a Great Option

King, a Benbrook Manchester Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Manchester Terrier for sale in Benbrook, or seeking a Manchester Terrier dog from a breeder in Benbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Benbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Benbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Manchester Terrier breeders who help with Manchester Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Benbrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
