Winnie DK's Story...

I am a little shy but that is just my way at first. I love people and I am very affectionate. I have been told that I a really good purrer! I love rolling around on my back and making cute little meow noises....¦well, maybe I am just showing off because I have such a silky underbelly. My eyes are soft green and loving. I have a very gentle way about me. When I am sitting in your lap I may reach up and lightly touch your face with my paw. That is a sign that I am so content. I have been told that you can actually see me smile. I would love sit in your lap and smile at you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Winnie DK, a Berlin Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Berlin, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Berlin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berlin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berlin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berlin paves the way for another one to be saved.
