TARA's Story...
Tara is a 1 year old Lab/Staffordshire mix. She is a very energetic girl, but loves to cuddle. She does not know her own strength and bulldozes her way through everything. Tara is great with other dogs and kids. She would need to be watched around smaller children due to her energy. She is potty trained, but will need work on her leash walking manners. Tara would love an active family that is prepared for all of her energy. If you would like to meet her please call 972-382-3647 or email adoptionsmoh@gmail.com.

If the dog has not been fixed yet, they will be kept till they are fixed. This is usually with in a week or less.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

TARA, a Pilot Point Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Pilot Point, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Pilot Point.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pilot Point already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pilot Point breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pilot Point paves the way for another one to be saved.
