I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Fritz's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

Fritz's Story...
Hi! I'm Fritz, but I really like it when my foster mom calls me Fritzy-poo! I enjoy car rides and belly rubs and short walks. And I'm discovering squeaky toys! I'm a pretty chill dude though. I'm good with my four legged foster sisters but not sure about little kids. They move too fast for me. I'm ready to find a new forever family that will love me and take care of me. If you want to know anymore about me just ask my foster mom. She always tells me I'm a good boy!

If you are interested in meeting Fritz, please contact us at kcpetfinder@hotmail.com. Fritz's adoption fee is $200 and includes age appropriate vaccines, microchip, neuter, and heartworm testing. Fritz has a history of seizures, however they are very well controlled on his seizure medication. Fritz will need this medication the rest of his life but it is very inexpensive so it should not be a financial stress on his adoptive family. He is guessed to be about 8 years in age.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fritz, a Overland Park Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
