I came to the shelter on 9/9/2016 and I will be ready for adoption on 9/16/2016 if I am not reclaimed. I weigh 53 pounds and I am heartworm negative. I am around 2 years old. Stay tuned for updates!
Woody was found as a stray on the south end of town. With no luck finding his “old people”, we became his stepping stone to finding his “new people”. Our newest best friend is Woody, a two year old, 53 pound bully breed/bird dog mix. He is a timid, mild mannered boy who really warms up once he gets to know you. He is sweet with people and other dogs. He doesn’t seem to care one way or the other about cats. He is up to date on his vaccinations, heartworm negative and has been neutered. He is a fabulous leash walker and does well with car rides, vetting, and baths.
The first step in adopting Woody is an approved adoption screening. Email for one at email@example.com, call the shelter to request one at 618-262-7109, or stop by the shelter, meet Woody and fill one out in person. The Wood Man is cool. You need to meet him!
Act quickly to adopt WOODY. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.
